What Video Speed Changer does

Video Speed Changer speeds a clip up or slows it down between 0.25x and 4x. The on-page preview uses the player playback rate so you can hear and see the change before exporting.

Export rewrites the timeline with FFmpeg. Audio can keep its pitch, or you can drop the soundtrack entirely.

How to use it

Select Choose video and play the preview.
Pick a Preset from 0.25x to 4x, or Custom and set the slider.
Choose Keep pitch or Remove audio.
Select Change speed, wait for progress, then Download.

Formats and limits

Opens common video files the picker allows.
Output is an H.264 MP4. Keep pitch re-encodes AAC audio with atempo. Remove audio writes a silent file.

Settings explained

Preset / Custom: Playback multiplier from 0.25x to 4x.
Audio: Keep pitch preserves speech tone while matching the new duration. Remove audio drops the soundtrack (use this when the file has no audio).

FAQ

Why does Keep pitch fail on some files?

The audio filter needs an audio stream. Use Remove audio for silent or video-only clips.
