Choose a GIF and pick Reverse or Boomerang. Every frame keeps its own delay, so uneven timing stays right, and the loop setting is kept. The preview plays the result before you download it.

GIF Reverser plays an animated GIF backwards. Reverse turns the frame order around, and Boomerang plays the frames forward and then back again, so the animation swings to and fro without a jump at the loop.
Each frame keeps its own delay, so a GIF with uneven timing, such as a long pause on the first frame, still pauses on that frame. The loop setting stays as it was.
The frames are reordered in this tab, and the GIF is encoded in a Web Worker, a background thread of the same page. Nothing is uploaded, and the file is only written when you select Download GIF.
Delays move with their frames. If the original paused on its last frame, the reversed GIF pauses on its first. GIF Frame Editor or GIF Speed Changer can change the delays.
It holds almost twice as many frames. GIF Optimizer can make it smaller.
