What Image Cropper does

Image Cropper trims a photo to a rectangle or circle in your browser. Pick a free crop or a common aspect ratio, set exact edges with number fields, and download a PNG.

How to use it

  1. Select Choose image and pick a PNG, JPG, or WEBP file.
  2. Drag the crop box, or choose an aspect preset such as 1:1 profile or 9:16 story.
  3. Optional: turn on Circle crop for a transparent round PNG.
  4. Use X1, Y1, X2, and Y2 for exact edges when you need them.
  5. Select Download crop.

Formats and limits

  • Input: PNG, JPG, or WEBP.
  • Output: PNG named after the source with -crop or -circle.

Settings explained

Aspect ratio
Free lets you drag any rectangle. Presets lock 1:1, 4:5, 9:16, 16:9, or 3:1 for common profile, photo, story, video, and thumbnail sizes.
Circle crop
Locks a square crop and exports a transparent circular PNG.

FAQ

What do the number fields mean?

X1,Y1 is the top-left of the crop on the image, and X2,Y2 is the bottom-right, in image pixels.
