What Image Splitter does

Image Splitter cuts one photo into tiles for a 3 by 1 carousel, a 3 by 3 profile grid, or any other row and column layout. Tiles are numbered in posting order and download as a zip.

How to use it

  1. Select Choose image and pick a PNG, JPG, or WEBP file.
  2. Choose Rows and columns, or Tile size.
  3. Review the preview: white grid lines and numbers show posting order.
  4. Select Download tiles zip.

Formats and limits

  • Input: PNG, JPG, or WEBP.
  • Output: a zip of PNG tiles named after the source with -tile-01, -tile-02, and so on.

Settings explained

Rows and columns
Splits the image into an even grid. Remainders go to the last row or column.
Tile size
Picks how many whole tiles of that size fit, then uses equal cell sizes that fill the image.

Splitting stays in this tab. Nothing is uploaded.

Left to right, then top to bottom, the same order most social grids expect.
